〔Ａ〕
「　彼はこのリンゴの木を植えた。」は能動態の文章です。これを受動態の文章に変換すると、
「　このリンゴの木は彼によって植えられた。」になります。
He planted this apple tree. (  能動態　)
This apple tree was planted by him.  （　受動態　）
＊「受動態の作り方」・・・ 能動態の目的語を主語＋be動詞＋動詞の過去分詞＋by能動態の主語

〔Ｂ〕
このカメラは彼によって壊されていない。　　This camera is not broken by him.
＊Be動詞の後にnotを置くと受動態の否定文になります。

Ｓ＋Ｖ＋Ｏ＋Ｏ　＜　彼は私にこの本をくれた。＞　私、この本、どちらも受動態の主語になる。
He gave me this book.----- I was given this book by him.  This book was given to me by him.

＊ cook, make, find choose は人を主語にすると不自然な文章になるので物が主語になる。

She cooked me the chicken. The chicken was cooked for me by her.
I was cooked the chicken by her.( X )

Ｓ＋Ｖ＋Ｏ＋Ｃ　＜　彼らは赤ちゃんをアンと名付けた。＞ Ｏが受動態の主語になります。
They named the baby Ann. The baby was named Ann by them.

 以下の受動態の文章を英作して、能動態に書き換えましょう。11,12は能動態にする必要はありません。

1. Maori is spoken in New Zealand ( by them).  They speak Maori in New Zealand.
動作の行為者がはっきりしない場合は省略される事がある。能動態にする場合は文脈から判断して英作する。
2. Sixty percent of plastic bottles were recycled last year.
    We recycled sixty percent of plastic bottles last year.
3. These wild animals are protected by the government.
    The government protect these wild animals.
4. The planet was discovered by an American scientist.
    An American scientist discovered the planet.
5. This digital camera was not broken by her.  She didn`t break this digital camera.
6. The hall is filled with people.   People filled the hall.
7. We were pleased with the result of the test. The result of the test pleased us.
8. I was given a new watch by my father.
    My father gave me a new watch.    My father gave a new watch to me.
